Our designers produce template based documents from your existing marketing materials. You let us know how much freedom you want to give your member branches to alter the layout to fit their requirements, and we set the templates to these guidelines.

We upload the templates to our webserver, and design an opening page to match your brand identity. Any branch member to whom you give permission can access the templates through an internet connection.

To produce marketing material, whether a leaflet, poster, direct mail campaign etc., your user simply follows the process below:

  1. Connects to the internet, and logs-in into your branded home page
  2. Selects the template that relates to the type of marketing material they wish to order
  3. Customises the template by entering information into the variable fields
  4. Views and checks an instant proof
  5. Selects the quantity required and clicks order
  6. The material is printed and despatched directly to the end user.
